As a follow up to our previous Customer Advisories regarding the Ports of Los Angeles and Long
Beach. The Port of Los Angeles and the Port of Long Beach announced today that consideration of the “Container Excess Dwell Fee” would be held off another week, until 4th Feb 2022.

As per Customer Advisory dated January 28, 2022, MV Madrid Bridge, serving in our East Coast 4
(EC4) Service, suffered container collapse in the North Atlantic Ocean during transit to her next port
of call in New York, USA.
