We have been made aware of phishing attempts made via email targeting Ocean
Network Express customers by misusing the name of Ocean Network Express.

Further to our Customer Advisory dated September 1, 2021, MV ONE Contribution 047E/W currently deployed in our Pacific South Loop 3 – PS3 service, reported a few of the ship crew were tested positive for COVID-19 prior to her berthing in Singapore.

The vessel’s estimated berthing date in Singapore is September 14, 2021, without guarantee and subject to change.

Ocean Network Express revises service from Asia to Middle East Asia.

This is to inform you that MV ONE Contribution 047E/W, currently deployed in our
Pacific South Loop 3 – PS3 service, reported a few of the ship crew were tested
positive for COVID-19 prior to her berthing in Singapore.

Further to our Customer Advisory dated August 13, 2021 the discharge operations for the cargo and containers onboard the vessel was completed at Oakland. As advised, discharged containers can only be released at destination after the General Average Security is submitted and confirmed by the General Average Adjuster.

As reported by Ningbo Meishan Island International Container Terminal (MSICT),
operations of container gate-in and gate-out has been suspended from 11th Aug.

Further to our Customer Advisory dated August 4, 2021, General Average was declared for
the vessel NYK Delphinus after encountering a fire incident. The discharge operations for the
cargo and containers onboard the vessel have commenced at Oakland on August 11, 2021.
