ONE is pleased to announce the release of their 2021 Sustainability Report.

Further to our Customer Advisory dated July 16, 2021, General Average was declared for the
vessel NYK Delphinus after encountering a fire incident.

At this moment, there is no further updates available regarding the status of the
containers/cargo. We will share once more information is made available.

It is noted certain number of containers are still waiting for the General Average Security
submission. Customers are encouraged to take immediate action to post General Average
Security and the necessary documents to ensure timely cargo release without unnecessary
delays. Please be reminded that the containers cannot be released even after discharge from
the vessel unless General Average Security is submitted and confirmed by the General
Average Adjuster.

Due to the compounding impact of recent delays caused by many factors, i.e. port
congestions, industrial action, etc., we wish to advise of the need to continue schedule
recovery action to improve overall reliability, with the following AUN vessels now to omit
scheduled port calls at Yokohama, Osaka, Pusan, and Ningbo:

With effect from 19th July 2021, Sydney office will be occupied between 10.00am and 4.00pm on
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week until further notice.

“Proactive Notification”, which is now available within ONE’s eCommerce website “Track & Trace – Visibility Summary – Event Notification”.
