Further to our Customer Advisory dated January 8, 2021, we would like to inform you
that the discharging operations, inspection work and transloading of the discharged
damaged containers continue to proceed steadily. Since the first day of container
discharging at Kobe, a total of 277 boxes have been safely discharged as of January
13, 2021.

Dear Valued ONE Customers,

Due to recent heavy congestion in Singapore resulting in both the SWAN & MARGARET RIVER BRIDGE
vessels being heavily delayed, it has became necessary to slide the vessels down to return them back to pro-forma schedule.

Ocean Network Express (ONE) is pleased to announce two new direct services from North Europe to the East Med-Levant and Marmara regions.

Further to our Customer Advisory dated December 31, 2020, we would like to inform
you that the discharging operations and inspection work have resumed on January 5,
2021 and continue to proceed steadily. Since the first day of container discharging at
Kobe, a total of 212 boxes have been safely discharged as of January 7, 2021.

We wish to advise that with effect from 1 Feb 2021, the export documentation fee structure will be changed as per attached

Further to our Customer Advisory dated December 23, 2020, we would like to inform you that the discharging operations of the remaining containers have been proceeding steadily. Since the first day of container discharging at Kobe, a total of 126 boxes have been safely discharged as of December 29, 2020.

We are glad to inform, with a jointly effort among all parties, Tianjin/Xinggang terminal is back to
normal operation.
