Further to our Customer Advisory dated May 20, 2021, NYK Delphinus remains safely berthed alongside Berth #24 in Oakland, after encountering a fire in engine room earlier on as advised.

The initial inspection of the vessel confirmed that the fire has been extinguished. Unfortunately, there is presently no electricity provided to the reefers due to unavailability of power supply onboard the vessel.

We would like to update that NYK Delphinus has safely berthed at Berth #24 in Oakland on May 17, 2021, instead of Berth #22 as advised in our earlier Customer Advisory dated May 18, 2021, after encountering a fire in engine room on May 14, 2021, which is now under control. 

Further to our Customer Advisory dated May 15, 2021, it has been confirmed that
NYK Delphinus has safely berthed at Berth #22 in Oakland, on or around May 17,
2021, 2000 hours, after encountering a fire in engine room on May 14, 2021, which is
now under control.

This is to inform you that MV NYK Delphinus serving in our Atlantic 5 (AL5) Service
has experienced a fire in engine room on 14th May and it is now under control. The
vessel is now at West coast of US and was awaiting berth at Oakland and its last port
of call was Vancouver.

ONE continues to expand its current refrigerated container (reefer) fleet by adding another 27,500 new units (including 850 units equipped with advanced Controlled Atmosphere (CA) technology) to meet the growing demand for refrigerated cargo around the world.

With effect from 1st July 2021, all bookings, and changes to bookings, will need to be lodged
electronically via one of the e-commerce methods currently available.
